IRC Webchat

To join the channel #SEIWA (SEIWA's channel on a chat called IRC), simply type in a nickname and the captcha. Then click connect. You then can start chatting. I mean, it's very simple. No need to start spamming the forums with "I can't get on IRC" or "What do I do?". Because they will be ignored.
