IRC rules + OPs

I think it's time to discuss these as well. Now that the channel is registered.

Rules should have the regular flood, troll, spam, being a dick parts, but what else?

About OPs, I'm kinda hesitant to give OPs based on role here, I have seen well where it leads and it's just not the best way possible. What way could we use then? IRC activity is necessary, of course. We should also note that the channel is small and doesn't really need many OPs.

I have no comment with nominating someone to be a OP, however, I believe that no one should be kicked for being off-topic. Most people don't even talk about SEIWA unless asked and even then...

As you mentioned Sove, there isn't tons of activity. I think the standard rules should be fine.

As for the OPs, as long as you plan on being in the channel frequently, I don't see a real need to have more OPs. When has there ever been behavior that would require an OP to take action?
