When you get that message, click on the URL in the location bar and hit enter. That'll trick the site into letting you see it.

Another method is to make your browser stop sending the referer information to the site. Disabling that has little to no real effect on your web usage, except bypass hotlink protections.

After waiting for a long time, someone has updated there page to reflect our affiliations.

Ratchetpedia would like to affiliate with SEIWA, even though we have only a few articles (184 as of May 21, 2012), images and templates, plus we are in early days and have yet to get it's own logo and banner. It's okay if you turn us down for now, since I'm currently working hard on articles.
